Registered nurses only
Every clinician on our team holds an active Idaho RN license with hospital, ER, or infusion experience. We verify licensure, run background checks, and require IV certification before a nurse takes a single visit.
Medical director oversight
Dr. Alan Whitfield, MD reviews and signs our standing orders, approves every protocol on the menu, and is available for consultation during service hours. Peptide protocols require an individual review before your first dose.
Screened before every visit
You complete a brief medical intake at booking, and your nurse reviews it with you in person, takes vitals, and confirms the plan. We reserve the right to modify or decline treatment when it isn't medically appropriate — and you aren't charged for the treatment when we do.
Pharmacy-grade sourcing
Fluids, vitamins, and medications are sourced from licensed US compounding pharmacies and distributors, stored within temperature specifications, and traceable by lot. Supplies are sterile, single-use, and opened in front of you.
Your information stays yours
We handle your health information with HIPAA-conscious practices: encrypted records, need-to-know access, and no selling or sharing of personal data. Ask us for a copy of your visit record anytime.
